pluko is the stage name of Sam Martinsen, an electronic music producer from Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, who broke through as a teenager on SoundCloud with future bass productions. He signed to ODESZA's Foreign Family Collective label and toured alongside them at major festivals including Coachella and Electric Forest. His 2025 album 'OXY' marks a stylistic shift toward alternative r&b and digicore.
pluko released his album 'OXY' on May 23, 2025 via Boom Records LLC, a 21-track project in the genres alternative r&b, future bass and digicore.
Prior to the full album, the EP 'OXY2*' with six tracks was released on February 28, 2025.
pluko performed on stage in Amsterdam in October 2024, as part of a show with Droeloe, San Holo and Pauline Herr.
