Paolo Giacometti is a Dutch pianist of Italian descent, specialising in Romantic repertoire. He trained at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam and has built an international career as both soloist and chamber musician. He is particularly known for his complete recordings of Charles-Valentin Alkan's piano works and his long-standing duo with violinist Liza Ferschtman.
