Nu:Tone is the stage name of Dan Gresham (Cambridge, 1976), a British drum and bass producer and DJ who has been signed to Hospital Records for over two decades. Known for his melodic, jazz-inflected take on liquid funk, he has released five solo albums - from 'Brave Nu World' (2005) to 'Little Spaces' (2021) - and also records as one half of the sibling duo Nu:Logic alongside his brother Matt Gresham (Logistics). He additionally works within Hospital Records as part of the A&R team and as a mastering engineer.
Nu:Tone released the track 'Clarity' together with SOLAH on the official Hospital Records soundtrack of the game Forza Horizon 6, released on 24 July 2026.
Nu:Tone remixed 'Time' by SOLAH for Hospital Records as part of the Hospital30 anniversary celebrations; the remix was released on 5 March 2026.
The remix of 'Time' was described as a showcase of Nu:Tone's distinctive liquid sensibilities, intended for both existing fans and newcomers to the Hospital catalogue.
Nu:Tone released his fifth solo album 'Little Spaces' via Hospital Records on 26 February 2021, his first album in seven years after 'Future History' (2014).
