Nitrous Oxide is the alias of Polish trance producer and DJ Krzysztof Prętkiewicz, born in 1984 in Poznań. Active since the early 2000s, he built his reputation through releases on Anjunabeats and became a regular fixture in sets by Armin van Buuren and Above & Beyond. His melodic, atmospheric approach to uplifting trance has kept him relevant across two decades of the genre.
