Nik Roos is one third of Noisia, the Dutch electronic music group from Groningen he formed with Martijn van Sonderen and Thijs de Vlieger around the turn of the millennium. Together they became one of the most influential acts in drum and bass, known for their meticulous production and sound design that stretched well beyond any single genre. After announcing a split in 2021, the trio reunited for a comeback show at Amsterdam's Melkweg.
