Nemat Battah is a Palestinian-Jordanian singer and oud player whose work bridges Arabic musical tradition and contemporary jazz. She is a founding member of the trio Wishamalii, which blends Arabic-Andalusian muwashshah songs with a Nordic jazz sensibility. The group's 2024 debut album Al-Bahr, featuring mostly original compositions, received multiple award nominations in Germany.
