Martin Turner

About

Martin Turner is the founding bassist and vocalist of British rock band Wishbone Ash, which he co-founded in 1969. He was a driving force behind the acclaimed album Argus (1972), widely regarded as a classic of progressive rock. Since leaving the band, Turner has continued to perform under his own name, revisiting the Wishbone Ash catalogue on tour.
