Marijke Schermer is a Dutch novelist and playwright. She has published three novels with Uitgeverij Van Oorschot - *Mensen in de zon* (2013), *Noodweer* (2016) and *Liefde, als dat het is* (2019) - and her theatre texts have been translated into English, German, French and Romanian.
