Maaike Ouboter (Gouda, 1992) is a Dutch singer-songwriter who broke through in 2013 on the TV show De beste singer-songwriter van Nederland. Her audition song 'Dat ik je mis' - written about the loss of both her parents - went straight to number one in the Dutch Top 40 and gained international attention after a Chinese cover went viral. She has since released four albums and tours regularly across the Netherlands and Belgium.
