Lingua Mortis Orchestra is a symphonic orchestral project built around the German metal band Rage. It grew out of Rage's 1996 album of the same name, which paired heavy metal with full orchestral arrangements. In concert, the ensemble performs alongside Rage to bring that blend of guitars and classical strings to the stage.
