Lange Frans (born Frans Christiaan Frederiks, Amsterdam, 12 November 1980) is a Dutch rapper, producer and television presenter who grew up in Diemen. He rose to fame as one half of the hip-hop duo Lange Frans & Baas B, scoring the number-one hit 'Het land van...' in 2005. His solo career brought further chart success with 'Zing voor me' (2010, with Thé Lau), and he has continued releasing music through albums including Levenslied (2011), Zwart (2017) and Zilver (2025). He also presented several programmes for Dutch broadcaster Veronica.
