Kobosil, born Max Kobosil on 5 April 1991 in Berlin's Neukölln district, is a German DJ and producer whose fast, aggressive techno draws on EBM, noise and industrial music. He held a Berghain residency from 2014 to 2019 and released music on Ostgut Ton, Marcel Dettmann Records and his own R Label Group. In 2021 he launched the fashion brand 44 Label Group - named after Neukölln's old postal code - and at the end of 2023 he closed R Label Group after a decade, co-founding the new label and booking agency Tote Sonne with fellow DJ Klangkuenstler.
Kobosil closed his label R Label Group at the end of 2023 after ten years, shortly after its tenth anniversary was still celebrated with a series of parties in, among other places, Berlin's Velodrom.
Kobosil announced together with Klangkuenstler the founding of Tote Sonne, a combined label and booking agency that also represents artists such as Somewhen and Aiden.
Kobosil founded the fashion brand 44 Label Group, where the number 44 refers to the old postal code of his home district Neukölln.
