About

Kensington is a Dutch rock band from Utrecht, formed in 2005. With four number-one albums in the Netherlands and three platinum-certified records, they became the country's most successful rock act of the past two decades - De Volkskrant called them 'the most successful Dutch rock band of the last fifteen years' in 2023. Between 2015 and 2022 they sold out Amsterdam's Ziggo Dome nineteen consecutive times, and in 2018 drew 51,000 fans to the Johan Cruyff Arena, the largest concert by a Dutch rock band in history. After frontman Eloi Youssef's departure in 2022, the band returned in January 2025 with American singer Jason Dowd and released their sixth studio album 'First Rodeo' in November 2025.
