About

K-otic are a Dutch pop group formed in 2001 through the television programme Starmaker, a John de Mol concept in which twelve young hopefuls were trained in the former Big Brother house in Almere to become a pop act. The seven members scored an instant number-one hit with 'Damn (I Think I Love You)' and their debut album Bulletproof went double platinum, making it the best-selling album in the Netherlands in 2001. After disbanding in 2003 and a one-off reunion in 2016, all seven members reunited in 2026 to mark the group's 25th anniversary.
