Josh Thomas is an Australian stand-up comedian, writer and actor, born in 1987 in Blackwater, Queensland. At seventeen he became the youngest-ever winner of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival's Raw Comedy Competition. He broke through internationally with the semi-autobiographical series Please Like Me (2013-2016), which he wrote and starred in, followed by Everything's Gonna Be Okay (2020) for the US network Freeform. Alongside his television work he regularly tours with solo stand-up shows.
