Joram Feitsma
Joram Feitsma presents neoclassical music that transcends ambient soundscapes - quiet piano interwoven with dark drones and electronic textures.
Joram Feitsma is a Utrecht-based pianist, composer and philosophy lecturer whose neoclassical piano works blend minimalist repetition with electronic textures and, on his latest album, a 19th-century harmonium. His music sits somewhere between meditation and unease - introspective but never merely decorative. Seven albums in, he has built a distinct voice in the neoclassical field, including a slot at the adventurous Le Guess Who? festival.
Feitsma performed at Club Nine of TivoliVredenburg in Utrecht in support of his album Welle.
Feitsma released the album Calluna, a record of six tracks with a total playing time of 34 minutes.
The single and album Lovers appeared in August 2025 on Bandcamp and streaming services.
Feitsma released his seventh album Welle, on which he adds the harmonium - a 19th-century pump organ - to his instrumental repertoire.
Feitsma participated in the Popronde 2025, the Dutch tour for emerging and established pop artists.
