John Talabot is the stage name of Oriol Riverola (Barcelona, 1982), a DJ, producer and founder of the Hivern Discs label. His debut album ƒIN (2012) earned five stars from The Guardian and a 'Best New Music' nod from Pitchfork, establishing him as one of Spain's most internationally recognised electronic artists. Alongside his solo work he records and performs as Talaboman with Swedish producer Axel Boman, and co-founded the record label The Night Land with Boman. His DJ sets blend deep house, techno and slow-moving atmospheric textures.
