The Johann Strauss Orchestra is the permanent ensemble of Dutch violinist and conductor André Rieu. With around fifty musicians, it performs waltzes, operetta and light classical music at large-scale concerts across the world - including Rieu's famous annual summer shows on the Vrijthof in Maastricht.
