Jelka van Houten (born 1978 in Culemborg) is a Dutch actress, singer and presenter with a career spanning theatre, film and television. She rose to prominence in the musical Turks Fruit and won the John Kraaijkamp Musical Award twice - in 2006 for best leading role and in 2010 for best supporting role. On screen she is known from the TV series Tropenjaren, the British series Fresh Meat and the Prime Video comedy show LOL: Last One Laughing. She is the younger sister of actress Carice van Houten.
