James Marriott (born 1997) is a British singer-songwriter who first built an audience as a YouTuber and Twitch streamer before turning to music full-time. His indie rock sound, shaped by influences such as Foals and the Strokes, centres on candid, personal lyrics about loss, love and anxiety. His second album 'Don't Tell the Dog' topped the UK Albums Chart in 2025, following his 2023 debut 'Are We There Yet?', which peaked at number 17. His third album, 'Warning Signs', is due out in January 2027.
