About

Hypno5e is a French avant-garde metal band from Montpellier, active since 2003. They describe their sound as 'cinematic metal' - a blend of heavy guitars, post-rock, avant-garde and Latin American influences, paired with custom film projections at live shows. Frontman and visual director Emmanuel Jessua drives both the musical and cinematic side of the band. Seven studio albums on Pelagic Records and over 500 shows worldwide have earned them a firm place in the progressive metal scene.
