Henk Schiffmacher, known professionally as Hanky Panky, is a Dutch tattoo artist, painter and collector with a global reputation built over four decades. His Amsterdam studio attracted clients like Iggy Pop and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. He is also the driving force behind the Amsterdam Tattoo Museum, which houses his vast personal collection of tattoo-related artefacts.
