Harry Slinger (Amsterdam, 10 August 1949) is a singer, actor and founder of Amsterdam nederpop band Drukwerk, which he formed in 1976 with Ton Coster, Joop May and Hans Witteveen. The band broke through in December 1981 with the number-one hit 'Je Loog Tegen Mij' and scored ten consecutive hits in the 1980s, built around Dutch-language protest songs. Slinger has received the Bob Scholte ring, the Amsterdam Ambassador title and the Andreaspenning, and continues to perform with a renewed line-up that includes his son Bram on keyboards.
