Guy Forsyth is an American blues and roots musician from Austin, Texas, known for his powerful voice and his playing on guitar, harmonica and musical saw. Since the early 1990s he has built a name in the Texas blues scene, blending blues, swing, folk and rock. He co-founded the theatrical acoustic outfit The Asylum Street Spankers and has won several Austin Music Awards, including one for best male vocalist.
Guy Forsyth returns to European stages in 2026 with a tour celebrating the anniversary of his album High Temperature, which will be performed in full live.
Forsyth performs at Metropool in Almelo, the place where High Temperature was originally recorded.
Forsyth is on the program of Moulin Blues in Ospel with a set dedicated to his debut album High Temperature.
