Greentea Peng
British singer and producer Greentea Peng blends soul, reggae and electronic music in an intimate venue setting.
Greentea Peng is the stage name of Aria Wells, a singer-songwriter from south-east London who blends neo-soul, psychedelic R&B, reggae and trip-hop into a sound that is distinctly her own. Her debut album 'Man Made' (2021) established her in the British alternative soul scene, followed by the mixtape 'Greenzone 108' (2022) and her second studio album 'Tell Dem It's Sunny' (2025). Her lyrics circle around self-knowledge, spirituality and social commentary, delivered in a voice that moves effortlessly between a whisper and full-throated rap.
Greentea Peng announced a tour through Australia and New Zealand for November 2026, with shows in Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth.
Greentea Peng performed at Glastonbury 2025, where her set was broadcast live via the BBC.
Her second studio album 'Tell Dem It's Sunny' was released on 21 March 2025 and was widely praised for the mix of psychedelic rap, r&b and neo-soul.
Reviewers described 'Tell Dem It's Sunny' as a coherent and compelling album that confirms Greentea Peng's artistic growth.
Greentea Peng released the single 'One Foot', directed by herself in collaboration with ABOVEGROUND, as a preview of her second album.
