Oktoberfest Rotterdam
Oktoberfest celebration at Van Nelle Fabriek with Frans Duijts, Immer Hansi, Otto Wunderbar and Sven Versteeg.
Frans Duijts (born 10 May 1979 in Tiel) is a Dutch levenslied singer who started out as an André Hazes impersonator before building a career of his own. His 2008 television appearance on 'De Zomer Voorbij' sparked a breakthrough, and singles such as 'Jij denkt maar dat je alles mag van mij' and the chart-topping 'Morgen is pas morgen' cemented his following. He won the first-ever Edison award in the Volksmuziek category in 2014, and in 2025 - marking twenty years in the business - he released new material through VONK Music, Sony Music's Dutch folk label.
Frans Duijts released the single 'Tour de Frans (Hey Fransie)' in June 2026, a collaboration with Lange Frans and De Voorhoede.
In March 2026 the single 'De Kater Duurt Maar Even' was released.
In January 2025 Frans Duijts announced that he has signed with VONK Music (Sony Music) and kicks off his jubilee year with the single 'Alleen in de Regen'.
In his twentieth year as an artist, Duijts released multiple singles, including 'Je Moet Kappen' and 'Maak Van Je Leven Toch Een Feestje'.
