About

Eva Saladin is a historically informed violinist of Dutch and Swiss origins, specialising in repertoire from the early seventeenth to the early nineteenth century. She completed her master's in baroque violin at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis summa cum laude in 2013, and leads her own Ensemble Odyssee as well as serving as concertmaster of La Cetra Baroque Orchestra Basel and Gli Angeli Genève. Since October 2024 she has held a professorship in baroque violin at the mdw - Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien.
