Erika Terpstra

About

Erika Terpstra is a Dutch former competitive swimmer who won a bronze medal at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. After her sports career she served as a VVD member of the Dutch parliament. She has since become a prominent advocate for personal safety and self-defence, regularly giving workshops on the subject.
