Gurriers (IRE) + Enola Gay (UK)
Dublin post-punk band Gurriers brings their intense live shows and politically charged sound to Groningen, with noise-punk support from Belfast's Enola Gay.
Enola Gay are a noise-punk four-piece from Belfast, formed in late 2019 by guitarist Joe McVeigh and vocalist Fionn Reilly. They blend hip-hop-inflected vocals with abrasive guitars and left-field electronica, a sound that landed them on both NME and Rolling Stone's lists of acts to define 2022. Early showcase appearances at Eurosonic, Ireland Music Week and SXSW - their sixth, seventh and eighth gigs ever - quickly drew the attention of figures such as Iggy Pop and Jehnny Beth.
Enola Gay closed a European support tour with IDLES in Budapest.
The band announced their third EP Mournes and released the new single 'Cortana'.
Enola Gay made their TV debut in the program Echoes by Jehnny Beth on ARTE.
The band toured through the US and shared the stage with Death Grips and Queens of the Stone Age.
Enola Gay recorded a full live session for Audiotree Live.
