Editors - Europe Tour 2027
Editors brings their Europe Tour 2027 to Amsterdam's Ziggo Dome.
Editors are a British indie rock band from Birmingham, formed in 2002. Their dark, atmospheric sound - rooted in post-punk and new wave - broke through internationally with debut album 'The Back Room' (2005), which earned a Mercury Prize nomination. Seven studio albums followed, two of which topped the UK charts, cementing their place as a major European live act. In 2026 they announced their eighth album 'Surface, Echo & Sound', marking a return to a more organic, band-centred sound.
Editors announce their eighth studio album 'Surface, Echo & Sound', out on 30 October 2026 via Play It Again Sam, along with the new single 'The Rush'.
The band adds two major arena shows to their European tour in 2027: the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam on 18 February and the AFAS Dome in Antwerp on 19 February.
Editors release the new single 'Call It In' - their first new music since the album 'EBM' from 2022 - and announce an extensive European and British tour in 2027.
Frontman Tom Smith releases his solo album 'There Is Nothing In The Dark…' and subsequently writes acoustic material that forms the basis for the new Editors album.
Editors release 'EBM', their seventh studio album, a collaboration with producer Blanck Mass (Benjamin John Power) that steers the band towards electro-industrial territory.
