The Doric String Quartet is a British chamber ensemble founded in 2000. Known for its clarity of tone and close ensemble playing, the group performs across Europe's major concert halls and has recorded works by composers ranging from Beethoven and Schubert to Brahms. It is one of the UK's most active string quartets.
