DJ Bone, born Eric Dulan, is an American DJ and producer from Detroit who has been active since the early 1990s. He founded Subject Detroit in the mid-1990s and built an international career while staying true to his underground roots - repeatedly turning down larger labels to keep full creative control. Now based in Amsterdam, he also organises his annual FURTHER x Homeless Homies fundraiser, channelling all ticket proceeds to homeless shelters in Detroit and Amsterdam. In 2025 he marked his 55th birthday, 35 years as a DJ and Subject Detroit's 30th anniversary with six new releases on his FURTHER label.
DJ Bone confirmed the line-up for the sixth edition of FURTHER x Homeless Homies during ADE 2025 on October 24 at RADION Amsterdam, featuring Richie Hawtin, Dubfire and Nicole Moudaber, among others.
To celebrate his 55th birthday, 35 years of DJ career and the 30th anniversary of Subject Detroit, DJ Bone released six new releases on his label FURTHER, including the album 'DJ Bone XXXV: The End of Never'.
DJ Bone announced the anniversary series, featuring his new album alongside a compilation with remixes from Subject Detroit's 30-year history and new EPs from Azucy, Yeti Mind Tricks and Serge Jansen.
The fifth edition of FURTHER x Homeless Homies during ADE 2024 took place on October 18 at RADION Amsterdam, with 40 artists spread across four rooms and all proceeds going to homeless shelters in Detroit and Amsterdam.
