Dave Clarke Presents: 30 Years of ADE: Amsterdam Dance Event
Dave Clarke Presents celebrates 30 years of Amsterdam Dance Event with a special electronic music programme spanning three decades of the scene.
Dave Clarke (Brighton, 1968) is an English DJ, producer and radio presenter who has been one of techno's most uncompromising figures for over three decades. BBC presenter John Peel dubbed him 'The Baron of Techno', a title that stuck. Clarke has long been based in Amsterdam - the city where he played his first international show - and his mid-nineties 'Red' EP series appears in DJ Mag's All Time Techno Top 100. His 'World Service' mix compilations made Resident Advisor's list of the best mixes of the twenty-first century.
Clarke released a remix of 'Fliegen' by Berlin post-punk duo Twin Noir, released via Odyssey Music Network.
To mark the thirtieth anniversary of 'Archive One', a limited deluxe box set appeared featuring remastered vinyl, the complete 'Red' series and a signed photo print, released via Skint/BMG.
The debut album 'Archive One' and the 'Red' series became available digitally on streaming platforms for the first time.
Clarke presented a live set at Amsterdam Dance Event 2024 under the banner 'Dave Clarke Presents'.
