About

Coilguns are a Swiss noise-rock/post-hardcore quartet from La Chaux-de-Fonds, founded by guitarist Jona Nido. The band - completed by Louis Jucker on vocals and guitar, Kevin Galland on bass and synths, and Luc Hess on drums - built their reputation on uncompromising live shows and a sound that fuses punk energy with ecstatic noise-rock. Their fourth album Odd Love (2024) was recorded at Ocean Sound studio in Norway with producer Scott Evans and mixed by Grammy-nominated engineers Tom Dalgety and Robin Schmidt. A fifth album is in the works for 2026, previewed by the singles 'Peace Trader' and 'Carbon Magic'.
