About

Claptone is a German DJ and producer who has performed behind a golden plague-doctor mask for over a decade, keeping his identity deliberately hidden. He broke through in 2013 with 'No Eyes' (feat. JAW) and has since built a global following through melodic house and nu-disco, releasing three studio albums and founding his own label, Golden Recordings. His Masquerade party concept - held as a long-running Ibiza residency and taken to clubs and festivals worldwide - is central to his live identity.
