Cappella Amsterdam is a professional chamber choir founded in Amsterdam in 1970 by Jan Boeke, led since 1990 by chief conductor Daniel Reuss. The ensemble of around twenty-five to forty singers spans a repertoire from medieval polyphony to newly commissioned contemporary works, with a particular focus on Dutch composers. Multiple Edison Klassiek awards and a Grammy nomination have established it as one of Europe's leading vocal ensembles.
