Buurman & Buurman - known internationally as Pat & Mat - are the two bumbling neighbours from the Czech animated series of the same name. Their well-meaning but hopelessly clumsy DIY attempts have made them a classic of children's television in the Netherlands and beyond. The series has been running since the 1970s.
