Bullet For My Valentine are a Welsh metal band formed in Bridgend in the late 1990s, known for combining metalcore aggression with melodic choruses. Albums such as "The Poison" and "Scream Aim Fire" made the band one of the biggest names of the 2000s metalcore wave. Live, their sound centres on heavy riffs and frontman Matt Tuck's switching between screamed and sung vocals.
Bullet For My Valentine announced their eighth studio album Social Apocalypse, which will be released on March 19, 2027 via Spinefarm Records.
To promote the new album, the band announced a European/British arena tour for January-February 2027, with Pendulum and Dark Divine as support acts, including a show at AFAS Live in Amsterdam.
On September 15, 2026, the band introduced a new lineup, with Jamie Mathias on bass and Jason Bowld on drums alongside Matt Tuck and Michael Paget.
The new album features guest contributions from Chrissy Costanza (Against The Current) and Will Ramos (Lorna Shore) on two tracks.
