Bouke Scholten (Emmen, 1981) fronts the ElvisMatters Band and is widely regarded as the Netherlands' leading Elvis Presley tribute act. He won four major Dutch television talent competitions between 2009 and 2023, most recently *The Tribute - Battle of the Bands* on SBS6, which led to sold-out shows at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam. He has also performed at Graceland in Memphis and at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino.
In July 2026, Bouke looked back on his participation in the RTL4 program Stars on Stage, which he described as a special period.
In May 2026, it was announced that Bouke will be seen in the new season of Stars on Stage on RTL4.
During the Ziggo Dome concert on 20 March 2026, Roxeanne Hazes sang a duet with Bouke.
On 20 April 2025, Bouke performed with the ElvisMatters Band at the Ziggo Dome with the new show Viva Las Vegas, as a successor to the sold-out 'It's Now Or Never' concerts.
After a hospital stay due to serious abdominal and intestinal complaints, Bouke resumed his performances from 1 November 2024.
