BLACKGOLD is an English nu-metal band whose members perform exclusively in masks, keeping their identities hidden even in the age of social media. Their sound draws on the late-nineties heyday of the genre - think Korn, Limp Bizkit and System of a Down, for whom they have already opened. The band's self-declared slogan, 'Your mum's favourite nu-metal band', gives a fair idea of their attitude.
