Kamfest 2026
Kamfest 2026 is a festival taking place on 30 October at 013 Poppodium in Tilburg.
Blackbriar is a Dutch gothic/symphonic metal band from Assen, founded in 2012 by vocalist Zora Cock, guitarists René Boxem and Bart Winters, and bassist Frank Akkerman. Signing to Nuclear Blast Records in November 2022, they broke through internationally with their second album 'A Dark Euphony' (2023), which appeared on Metal Hammer's best albums of the year list. Their sound weaves dark fairytale narratives with orchestral arrangements and Zora Cock's commanding vocals.
Blackbriar released on June 19, 2026 the four-track EP 'Our Long Cursed Sleep', as a conclusion to the 'A Thousand Little Deaths' chapter.
The band announced a new headlining tour through the Balkans as an extension of the successful European tour of 2025.
The third studio album 'A Thousand Little Deaths' was released on August 22, 2025 via Nuclear Blast Records, produced by Joost van den Broek.
Blackbriar announced 'A Thousand Little Deaths' and shared the new single 'The Fossilized Widow', along with the dates for their first full European headlining tour in autumn 2025.
In 2024, the band made their first North America tour as support for Battle Beast, and closed out the year as opening act for Kamelot on a European tour of seventeen shows.
