About

Black Doldrums are a London-based trio built around the creative and personal partnership of Kevin Gibbard (guitar/vocals) and Sophie Landers (drums/vocals), with a bassist completing the lineup. Their gothic post-punk draws on darkwave, shoegaze and analogue synths, and has earned praise from Rolling Stone and Uncut for its cinematic intensity. All three of their studio albums - released via Fuzz Club - form an interconnected trilogy exploring the psychological forces that shape identity, memory and human connection.
