Benny Rodrigues (Rotterdam, 1982) is a Dutch DJ and producer of Portuguese descent who has been a central figure in the Dutch electronic music scene since the late 1990s. Under his own name he plays funky tech-house laced with acid and Detroit influences; as his alter ego ROD he goes deeper into techno, with releases on labels including Ben Klock's Klockworks, Drumcode and Afterlife. In 2021, around ninety fellow DJs voted him the most influential Dutch DJ in a poll by VPRO 3voor12.
