Benito is the stage name of Julien Gouweleeuw, a singer, rapper, actor and producer born in 1995 in Nijmegen and raised in The Hague. Drawing on both Antillean and Dutch roots, he makes experimental music that moves between love, psychedelia and self-reflection, with influences ranging from Mac Miller to Tame Impala.
