Belle & Sebastian
Scottish indie-pop legends Belle & Sebastian perform at Theater Rotterdam. An evening with one of Britain's most influential bands.
Belle & Sebastian are a Scottish indie-pop band from Glasgow, founded in 1996 by Stuart Murdoch. Their debut albums 'Tigermilk' and 'If You're Feeling Sinister' - both released in 1996 - established them as a defining voice in 1990s indie, and they went on to win the BRIT Award for Best British Newcomer in 1999. Twelve studio albums in, the band continues to release music, most recently 'Late Developers' in January 2023.
Belle & Sebastian announced a major anniversary tour to celebrate the 30th anniversary of 'Tigermilk' and 'If You're Feeling Sinister', with two nights per city in Europe, the UK and North America.
The band played two sold-out nights at Paradiso, Amsterdam, as part of the European anniversary tour.
Belle & Sebastian surprisingly released 'Late Developers', their twelfth studio album, recorded during the same sessions as 'A Bit of Previous' from 2022.
The eleventh studio album 'A Bit of Previous' was released - the band's first fully self-produced album in seven years.
