About

Athens of the North is the artist name of Edinburgh-based Scottish DJ and record label founder Euan Fryer. His label specialises in soul, funk, disco and balearic - a mix of obscure reissues and new original recordings. Before launching AOTN, Fryer spent eleven years working for Jazzman Records in London. As a DJ he performs under the same name, with regular appearances at venues such as Pikes in Ibiza.
