ARTBAT is a Ukrainian DJ and production duo formed in Kyiv in 2015 by Artur Kryvenko and Vitalii 'Batish' Limarenko. Their sound sits at the intersection of melodic techno and progressive house - dark, atmospheric and built for large stages. In 2021 they launched their own imprint UPPERGROUND, which also serves as the name of their headline live show concept. In 2025 they entered the DJ Mag Top 100 at number 73 and were ranked number 2 in the 1001 Tracklists Top 100 Producers poll.
ARTBAT released the single 'Truth, Peace, Love, Acid' together with Brazilian DJ Alok, their first collaborative release.
The single 'Dance' was released on 14 November 2025 via their own label UPPERGROUND, one of the most requested tracks from their summer festival sets.
ARTBAT made their debut in the DJ Mag Top 100 at position 73 and was named number 2 in the Top 100 Producers by 1001 Tracklists.
ARTBAT played their biggest UPPERGROUND show to date at Legia Warsaw Stadium for 22,000 to 23,000 visitors, with Armin van Buuren among others on the line-up.
ARTBAT released the single 'She The Last One' together with Vintage Culture via UPPERGROUND.
