Alex di Stefano is an Italian DJ and producer active in the techno and trance scene since the early 1990s. Growing up in southern Italy in a musical family, he relocated to Rimini in 2002, where his signature tech-trance sound took shape - partly through performances at the legendary club Cocoricò. Alongside releases on labels such as Outburst Records, Subculture and JOOF Recordings, he runs his own techno imprint Drum Chapel, through which he continues to explore the harder end of electronic music.
Di Stefano released a new trance single in December 2025 via Beatport at 140 BPM.
The single 'Black Machina' appeared in November 2025 on his own label Drum Chapel.
Drum Chapel published a new episode of the accompanying podcast in September 2025, dedicated to raw and peak-time techno.
The single 'Quantum Mirage' appeared in July 2025 on Outburst Records as a hard trance release at 150 BPM.
Di Stefano performed in February 2025 at the UnKonscious Beach Festival in Thailand, documented in Drum Chapel Podcast 011.
