Adam Tristar is an Amsterdam-based project by musician Daniel Spiekerman and New York vocalist Regina Chapman, founded in 2015. The duo blends minimal synth, post-punk and darkwave into a cold, cinematic sound rooted in the German and American underground. After their 2018 debut *The Red Pill* on Young & Cold Records, they became a fixture on the European darkwave circuit, playing festivals including Wave Gotik Treffen. Their fourth album *VHS Horror Tape* was released in January 2026 on Spanish label Oráculo Records.
