About

2 Brothers on the 4th Floor is a Dutch eurodance act from Utrecht, founded in 1990 by brothers Bobby and Martin Boer - the name comes from their fourth-floor apartment in the Zuilen district. With rapper D-Rock and singer Des'Ray fronting the group, they scored international hits throughout the 1990s including 'Never Alone', 'Dreams (Will Come Alive)' and 'Come Take My Hand', charting across Europe, Brazil, Israel and South Africa. Following D-Rock's and Des'Ray's departure in 2025-2026, the act continues with a renewed live lineup of Masta and Li-Ann.
